HQ3, or 40 Bank Street Canary Wharf as it's now known, is a 152m, 32 storey building designed by Cesar Pelli and Associates and having a floor space of approx 55,740 sqm and being one of five new Heron Quays office buildings located on the south side of Canary Wharf. The building, which incorporates an intermediate plant floor, is a speculative development for multiple tenancy.
The steel was provided and erected by Watson Steel Structures of Bolton.
